"James" the Bellman created this unique idea after striking a guest in a crowded lobby area with a bell cart (luckily the guest wasn't injured and took it all in stride - pun intended!) 
How can this situation be avoided in the future was swirling in his mind for days and days (as the situation could've been strikingly worse!) 
It was then as though the Lord turned on the lightbulb, that the SOLUTION was obvious --- Turn the clothes sideways that are blocking the field of vision! Thus the INVENTION of the CONCEPT was born!
Ring the Bell Cart and INCREASE SAFETY (for the Bellmen or operators and others), INCREASE EFFICIENCY (Cart operators can function faster and smoother with increased visual fields), and DECREASE POTENTIAL LIABILITIES (see Gallery page for an example of injury)
